I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to help us get to know each other and determine if we’re a good fit. During this call, we’ll briefly discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, your goals, and any questions you have about the process. There’s no pressure to commit. This is simply an opportunity for you to explore your options and feel confident about your next step.

Individual Therapy for All Ages

1 hour- $125

90-minute Intake Session - $200

My standard fee is $125 an hour. Your first therapy session is an important step, so I offer an extended 90-minute intake appointment to give us plenty of time to get to know each other without feeling rushed. Taking this extra time is optional, but it can help lay a strong foundation for our work together and ensure that your treatment plan is tailored specifically to you. This more extended session allows us to:

  • - Explore your background, history, and current concerns in depth

  • - Discuss your goals and what you hope to achieve in therapy

  • - Review any relevant medical or mental health information

  • - Answer your questions about the therapy process and what to expect moving forward

Relationship Therapy/Couples Therapy

1 hour- $125

75 minutes- $165

90 minutes- $200

Longer sessions provide more space to dive deeper into conversations, explore complex emotions, and work through challenging topics without feeling rushed. This extra time can be especially beneficial for practicing communication skills, navigating significant transitions, or maximizing the progress you make together in therapy. I’m here to help you choose the session length that fits your journey best.

90 minutes- $200
